To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

不愉快的經曆- 我同老公今天去到等位，個知客話無位，我等咗大約十分鍾，見到有張枱有兩個人埋單，入去睇睇，見到除咗個張埋緊單的枱，入面原來還有張二人枱，同個知客理論一番，點知個知客仲贈咗句"等下都唔得"。其實當時入邊明明有位，我仲坐咗10分鍾。之後同經理投訴，就連句"sorry"都無。我同老公幾乎每個禮拜六. 日都會去呢間酒樓飲茶，覺得食物係好食，過服務實在有待改善，尤其係門口個知客，係門面來，成日板起塊面，簡直係趕客。我都知呢行難請人，不過對客人都唔可以咁㗎~
