石板燒令我回想起以前有家餐廳,都是以石板燒出名,一塊高溫的石板上,自行控制牛扒的熟度,想食三成至五成,真是要好好把握時間牛極分店挺多的,有自動售票機,沙律,湯及白飯任食最低入門價是$80/180g的牛肩排,今次食優惠的睇下佢咩料先,上檯是會用紙巾蓋著,被免油煙彈出來拿走紙巾,一件大概只有外層煎熟的牛肩排,餘下的時間就交由客人去控制熟度餐廳有一處是放沙律菜,醬汁有芝麻醬,柚子汁湯,有點像羅宋湯,加入了一點牛肉,味道不錯檯上放上鹽,黑椒,辣椒自行調味$80/180g來說,份量都幾大,切開一件一件,慢慢在熱石上煎熟,最重要是要加上蒜蓉,夾著一起吃,真的很美味
