To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日係星期日,我同屋企人去咗石門嗰邊行吓街,到13:30個肚好肚餓,但石門站太多選擇了,我哋去咗京瑞廣場嘅3樓,去開彩福嗰度飲茶,彩福都係有信心嘅保證,13:30鐘未到下午茶所以唔需要等,因為我哋太肚餓,5等下午茶了,我哋入到去係坐VIP房,叫咗個攞獎旋風奶皇包,同埋攞獎嘅潮州粉果,仲有叫咗一個XO醬炒炒腸粉聽海蜇加黑木耳,呢個孖寶$98,仲有叫咗個紅棗糕,小籠包,青椒釀魚肉,最後我哋叫咗個桂花紅豆糕,先講講佢個攞獎旋風奶皇包,同出邊食嗰啲有啲唔同,佢咬落去爆汁同埋好香鹹蛋黃味仲有佢攞獎嘅潮州粉果同出邊有啲唔同色咬落去入邊有好多餡料,有沙角啦花生啦肉啦韭菜啦好好味不愧為係攞獎食品,下次再嚟都會再嗌
