To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺石門返工嘅人應該會食過好多餐廳，我都唔例外，但係最鍾意嘅始終都係呢一間Craps cafe.呢間舖頭好細間，入口亦都非常之唔顯眼，但係入邊嘅裝修好簡約好靚，裝修以白色為主，好寧靜嘅感覺。入面嘅座位只有10幾個，所以要食一定要早啲出發去排隊，如果唔係就要等好耐啦基本上每次嚟我都唔使再睇Menu，我都係叫菠菜忌廉三文魚意粉～呢一個係我嘅超級推薦朋友就叫咗風乾火腿白酒忌廉意粉，不過佢試食咗我嗰個意粉都話覺得我呢個好食啲隨餐附送一杯熱茶～朋友加錢叫咗soup of the day, 係蘑菇湯! 啖啖都好多蘑菇粒
