阿媽話稻香全部點心依家轉左大陸工場做,劣質又難食,又怕會用黑心原料,以後都唔幫襯喎!所以山長山遠去富亨飲茶囉,貪無咩食客又易搵位。我話貪平就真啦,鬼死咁隔涉,火車站又無車去,又要我搭的士啦!初到貴境,環顧四週,雖則唔係話爆場,都坐左八九成啦,正常酒樓格局,廁所衛生可接受啦。睇睇點心紙有咩新奇野先。好似好多野揀咁喎,仲見到鮑魚同乳豬勁平,係咪真架?咩質數先?脆皮燒腩仔,估唔到您又做得幾好喎﹗雖然層皮只係脆脆地仲有少少開始變軟,但勝再夠天然,無翻煎再翻煎,而且仲暖笠笠上枱架。入口一點都唔肥,層次分明,脆皮、瘦肉、脂肪、咸肉,多種口感,味帶咸香又唔會太嗆,好味﹗沾上芥辣醬更添姿彩。蝦春卷,唔多食到有蝦喎,肥豬肉?味道一般,都脆口但無咩餡。魚翅餃,賣相好靚,原來係香茜魚翅餃﹗中伏添,但我已經成舊啪左入口,差少少吐返出黎呀,好采忍得住。唯有格硬吞落肚,再飲大量茶沖淡陣味啦 ﹗我一食芫茜就反胃架喇,不過都值得一讚依家仲有酒樓係做懷舊點心呢,極花功夫。蟹籽燒賣,雖然賣相甩皮又甩骨,但難得足料無搵笨噃,瘦肉多、肥膏少,肉味濃郁加上蝦仁鮮爽,口感結實唔會一咬散開,濕潤充滿肉汁,好味道呢,誠意之選 ﹗豉汁

蟹籽燒賣,雖然賣相甩皮又甩骨,但難得足料無搵笨噃,瘦肉多、肥膏少,肉味濃郁加上蝦仁鮮爽,口感結實唔會一咬散開,濕潤充滿肉汁,好味道呢,誠意之選 ﹗

豉汁蒸排骨,跟大部份酒樓既通病一樣,排骨都好肥又好多肥膏呀﹗但點解用係排骨飯既又會靚好多,而且肥瘦適中呢?專登揀過架?睇面頭似乎好靚,點知下面全部肥騰騰﹗瘦肉味道唔錯又帶甜,但太多肥膏全部要咬走,無咩肉食。

乾炒牛肉河,阿媽推介話好食喎,點知河粉炒到碎濕濕要用匙羮食囉。如果我自已叫的話就會走蔥走芽菜,依兩樣我都唔食架,依家揀到傻左﹗味道非常一般地普通,中規中矩,無咩好講,不試也罷,紅磡合記茶餐廳好食百倍、有鑊氣千倍。

碧玉紮,個名就改得勁優雅勁動聽喇,唔知係咩黎呢?睇點心紙細細張相我一直以為係用竹笙卷住架,阿媽又點頭話係,點知黎到只不過係腸粉皮囉,勁失望﹗試下新野都無妨既,拆開睇睇好鬼齋噃,雞蛋、皮蛋、小棠菜、冬菇,外加蛋白芡。淡味到意想不到,我真係想要豉油囉,豆瓣醬應該更好。格硬吞左一隻,剩返隻等阿爸阿媽搞掂去,試一次便夠。
