鐘意食車仔面既我,朋友仔就推介我去元朗既呢一間砵砵車仔面喇,餸菜方面都好多比較特色,價錢相宜,最緊可以食下多啲唔同既款式!紙仔之外,亦都有其實餐牌可供選擇架花多眼亂既我,就試下咖哩魷魚,冬菇,原創白榨餃(榨菜,旺菜)芹菜木耳餃 豬紅。鮑汁蘿蔔 加咖哩汁小時候很喜歡跟媽咪到茶樓吃車仔豬皮魚蛋蘿蔔,但現在已經好難吃得到,想不到可以在砵砵車仔麵尋回,真是開心!蘿蔔好入味,比較爽口;咖哩魷魚份量算多,而且爽口彈牙,配合咖哩汁,十足街頭美食;最喜歡這裡的冬菇,又厚又大隻,而且是花菇,炆得入味,是我在車仔麵店中吃過最大又入味的一間。要介紹一下砵砵車的水餃系列,全都是自家製,較欣賞白榨餃,食落榨菜味濃而旺菜清淡,兩者互相平衡,下次真是要試試韮菜餃。吃完車仔麵,點杯特飲華田爆脆,真是爽,華田味的薄脆片很有口感,亦令整杯更香濃!
