To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 尚善是我經常去的餐廳之一。除了在公司附近還是一間社企餐廳。以前每兩個星期便會過來吃,跟壽司司傅開始混熟起來。 他經常會介紹好吃的給客人,所以壽司吧總圍著熟客。這個月因為腳痛關係很久沒有過來,才發覺壽司師傅轉了人。食物當堂大打折扣。$260 的刺身套餐感覺像是平價貨式。份量也少了1/3。生魚片切得薄。我是掛念這裡厚切魚生的美味才常常過來的。如果老闆繼續給人客這樣貨式,我相信好快人客就會減少一半。$260 我會選擇去吃Sushi Kuu 的魚生飯了。大家可以看看我上載的相片。第一張是以前的刺身套餐,而第二張是現在吃到的。這家打著慈善旗號的餐廳,麻煩老闆們反省一下你們對客人是否有誠意。不要掛羊頭賣狗肉。
