好開胃既前菜,搞到我對之後既菜式好期待!幾清,唔會食到個肚飽滯好耐冇飲過咁出色既燉湯,平時成日夜訓,飲完真係好爽,好清,但味道竟然係咁濃,花膠幾“膠“唔識形容,總之正!其實係瑤柱蒸水蛋,蛋幾正,唔會一不就散以為只係普通金沙骨,點知原來加左陳皮炒,幾特別,陳皮吸左個d炸既油味,非常唔錯,肉質幾彈牙,最緊要唔痴牙haha以為係普通既jer jer雞,點知佢酸mei mei,唔會太膩,好多雞胸,但都幾滑呢個炒飯炒得幾乾身,d飯幾乾,唔會太濕唔錯唔錯一早卜左位,幾骨緻,我中意!傾計都唔怕比人聽到!整體係幾出色!
