To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🌾秋冬季節❄️，就是🦀🦀季節今次同友人去咗呢個丼丼屋❤️食呢個極致之🦀蟹之盛宴❗期間限定，梗係一定要試試佢，真係估佢唔到咁好食❗😆😆😆真係非常推介！！！😆😆😆松葉蟹土窩飯HK$108- 呢個蟹飯需要係爐上再加熱13分鐘🪔，額外附焗3分鐘，土窩飯即係有飯焦之煲仔飯🍚。加熱完後個份脆卜卜嘅飯焦，真係好正，蟹肉🦀熟透但不老，而且同三文魚籽仲有蟹膏🦀撈埋相當之夾。真係10分出色💓💓💓💓松葉蟹丼HK$98- 呢個係一份蟹鉗之海鮮刺身丼，蟹鉗🦀嘅肉相當新鮮，蟹嘅鮮味好突出，個人反而幾喜歡呢個🦀蟹丼！而呢個飯🍚亦有好多蟹肉同蟹膏，三文魚籽。🔔所以我覺得呢個已經非常滿足到我嘅要求❤️松葉蟹🥚吉列玉子 HK$26- 呢個又係有驚喜，炸好的玉子配上蟹肉及海老忌廉汁，外脆內軟。玉子燒相當厚身，抵食！😆灸燒焦糖🧀芝士蛋糕 HK$20- 呢個係丼丼屋嘅限定甜品，蛋糕面上滿滿焦糖脆感。味道尚可🌲
