原來富豪酒家唔止得鮑參翅肚,仲有秋冬時令菜式,好啱親朋戚友聚會。✨鮮螺頭花膠燉湯味道鮮甜濃郁,一啲都唔油膩。螺頭彈牙有咬口,花膠又滑又有膠質。而且花膠份量好多,有嗰種食極都仲有嘅感覺🤣。✨枝竹羊腩煲好濃郁嘅柱侯醬汁,但係煮耐咗都唔會特別鹹。羊腩肥瘦有緻,肉質好軟腍。仲可以落埋生菜索晒啲汁。✨原煲油鴨臘味飯佢哋嘅臘味真係特別好食。香得嚟唔會太鹹,尤其係臘腸同膶腸,兩樣都比平時食嘅好味。同埋啲香味滲晒落啲米飯度,唔使加豉油都好正。最後仲有糖水—蛋白杏仁茶。
