薑茶,大量老薑大量紅糖,大滾再焗一陣等老薑出味。今晚大閘蟹初夜祭完滿結束,飲埋碗薑茶,禮成!辛辣帶甜薑茶好暖胃驅寒,好味。驅寒薑茶辛辣直達腸臟,我似乎於得太多薑,真係幾辣,飲完興合合,哈哈!
