今日同同事放工,去咗銅鑼灣搵好嘢食,同事話想食韓國嘢,我就即刻諗起呢間叫蘇眉Cafe,我哋上到去,店員仲問我地想唔想出去坐,秋天到喇,我哋一致認同出去露台坐,感受着涼涼嘅秋風,品嚐着韓國菜。我哋叫咗個「卡邦尼炒韓式年糕$88」,carbonara係白汁忌廉,香脆嘅煙肉,配合煙煙銀銀嘅炒韓式年糕,連埋一隻半熟嘅溫泉蛋,撈埋一齊食,口感好豐富呀!我覺得嚟到一定要試吓呢個「烏卒卒火山岩漿泡菜芝士炒飯」,係每日限量供應,需時大約20分鐘到啦,一嚟到,個炒飯好得意呀,佢個樣好似好嬲咁望住我地咁,一切開個炒飯,泡菜炒飯就好似火山熔岩咁爆曬出嚟,出邊嗰層就好似火山灰咁包住啲炒飯,呢啲火山灰係冇味架,個芝士炒飯炒得非常之香,又好足料,食到我哋舔舔脷!最正嘅係我哋叫咗個「韓式炸雞」,可以從四款炸雞入邊揀三款,分別有芝士、甜醬油、甜辣、同埋有柚子蜜,我哋就揀咗芝士、甜辣同埋有柚子蜜味,炸雞炸得非常香脆,外脆內軟,啲醬汁都好入味,三款雞$178。甜品方面,我哋叫咗個「韓國米酒意式芝士蛋糕$58」,tiramisu一直係我嘅最愛,今次可以試到韓國米酒,真係好特別啊,酒味濃好多,層次亦都非常豐富,咖啡同米酒嘅份
