日本立食已經好多去日本既朋友仔真係試過,但係香港玩立食就未必試過,旺角阿久根立食就係主打立食燒肉,仲要係每片計錢,食幾多,叫幾多,鍾意食邊款就叫邊款,唔係就住就住,鍾意食某一款就叫死果款,唔駛同朋友爭,好好既意念呀。入到去已經見到幾個爐頭,店員好好服務提供左圍裙畀我地,唔駛擔心D油彈晒出黎整污糟件衫。一口氣點了多款牛肉,在等待期間看一看調味了,發覺有多款特色醬油,而且調味牛肉的鹽也有多款,最最特別是他們的辣椒調味粉有分為普通辣、十萬度辣,以及100萬度辣。嗜辣的我,當然會試100萬度辣。美食上場了,首先是牛胸爽及牛舌牛胸爽烤好油香四溢,入口牛味充斥口內,而牛舌則本身肉有口感,可惜是牛舌太薄,沒有細味品嚐肉質。阿久根有牛肉定食,五片胸腹肉加一飯一味噌湯,只需98元,很實惠,而且牛胸腹似油脂極多,烤完後入口非常嫩滑,實在是非常超值。和牛怎可以沒有A5級,點了一份A4及A5的西冷,一烤便火光大作,因為油脂太強,成個爐立即火光烘烘,證明油脂絕對頂級,入口都感到和牛的嫩滑及油脂超多。價錢方面,一片35元的A5實在不算太貴,出面一份拖羅壽司都唔只呢個價啦,我覺得食和牛抵得多。之後係其他部位,肩胛、

食番胸腹肉位,我發覺呢個部位係非常之油份多,而且嫩得黎就算煎得over左都仍然好腍,如果想平食多幾塊,我個人推薦主打胸腹位置。而定食既胸腹肉都一樣咁靚,唔會想為你叫定食就畀差肉你,個沙律好多芝麻醬,而飯底係加左鰹魚粉調味,就算淨食飯都好好食。

翠肉瓜真係原來好適合做燒烤食物,烤到乾身後食,好似食緊薯片咁,而車厘茄燒一燒就食得,又係抵而好食既野,燒菠蘿當然係燒烤首選,燒完之後入口極清甜,用黎解油賺佳品。

最後介紹下非牛肉既肉類,雞肉好好食,燒熟少少都係好腍好滑好多汁,但墨魚嘴就蝦人燒啦,初初燒左5分鐘都唔知熟未,一入口就發覺內裡仲係生既,結果又要燒多幾分鐘先食得,如果有興趣試既朋友,最好一早就放上爐燒啦。

最後講番個辣油,食得辣既朋友可以試下十萬度辣粉先,頂得順先試100萬度辣油,因為真係好辣,已經食得好辣既我都辣到唔係太頂得順,好在店內有自動售賣機買野飲。
