近期在幾間燒臘茶餐廳或飯店,食燒味瀨粉都唔滿意,主因唔係啲燒味唔得,而係個碗瀨粉個湯底同七八十年代嘅湯底相比係兩樣嘢,根本就唔係用淥鷄水嚟做湯底,所以攪到碗燒味瀨粉倫不類,在10月31日揾食肥華卻在此店食到碗,湯底有淥鷄水味道嘅燒鵝瀬粉,雖然此店燒鵝並不突出,但仍算可以而個瀨粉及湯底則令肥華有驚喜,食咗第一啖粉和湯,竟令肥華食到有在七八十年代,在街邊大排檔食燒鵝瀨粉嘅味道及感覺,真係重拾當年美味,反而今朝所柯打嘅其他點心食品就毫無驚喜,好食就唔講得,難食又冇佢份,若肥華再到此店用餐,都係為咗個碗瀬粉而來😋😋😋
