早前端午節 Staycation，為了媽咪可以游水，我 Book 了荃灣如心酒店兩日一夜，就算疫情下，她無機會到海灘游龍舟水，也有機會在酒店舒服游水吧！下午等輪籌 Check in，我們在附近的商場逛逛；端午節前一晚，我們走到附近的如心廣場一期食晚餐，媽咪建議食 <Bamboo Thai > ！入座前，問清楚男店員幾點收舖，9:55，我們 9:00 前是最後一枱入座，約晚上 9:00 last order！尚算食得切！服務都好好！Menu媽咪想食的排骨山已經售罄！泰式大蝦炒金邊粉 $112本身酸咪咪，炒得算乾身！混合辣粉及花生碎，香口又變得香辣！酸子醬慢煮豬肋骨 $148一客5件，熟透之餘，肉質炆得夠鬆化又入味，酸中帶鹹，配上淡味的配菜，恰到好處！朱古力心太軟配泰式自家製雪糕 $68泰式自家製雪糕看起來似雪葩，夾雜香蕉粒，入口香甜的朱古力味濃郁！朱古力心太軟勉強流心，兩者對比，各有各獨特口味！
