To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

節日簡單吃一頓家庭飯，以前呢間晚飯散座好難有枱，因為多數做婚宴。今次好容易訂到位，因為疫情影響啦炒通菜，正常嘢味道ok咸淡適中生炒骨，好好食！個皮仲脆脆地金銀蛋莧菜都係一般大路菜，發揮正常片皮鴨就麻麻地，好似$208，鴨皮無香味，整體都唔入流個名唔係好記得，好似咩黑椒安格斯牛柳粒，$148分量較少，牛肉好淋，但牛味唔夠，薯仔都幾好食雞又整得唔錯，皮夠脆肉夠滑呢個蝦球賣相唔靚，份量偏少，求其沙律醬加菠蘿兜亂咁茄子煲屬於正常啦，唔太油膩龍蝦伊麵，好似$228，份量都ok, 龍蝦同伊麵好似零關係咁，伊麵無味道，價錢唔太貴都尚可接受呢個都好hea，百福豆腐加半片帶子好似百樂蚊，比較搵笨呢個淡市，晚飯連糖水都唔送食物比較唔穩定，有啲好食有啲唔好食，價錢唔太貴都尚可接受啦⋯⋯埋單都係千八左右原本仲有個餸嘅，等咗好耐再追，話會催吓，點知再等侍應先話比錯咗隔離枱仲食埋，都比較烏龍
