To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

新年有幾日假期，同屋企人冇乜嘢做，決定去重慶大廈食一啲地道嘅嘢食。第一次到重慶大廈搵嘢食，平時經過，都見到有好多外籍人士喺樓下宣傳兜售生意。於是我就想定OpenRice去睇吓邊間餐廳最值得試，唔想去一啲出名又貴嘅餐廳，搵呢一間，佢格局好似街邊大排檔咁。一入重慶大廈，見到有好多商舖已經開咗，有兩位外籍人士好鍥而不捨咁樣跟住我哋上樓梯，上到一樓，向前行，就好容易搵到呢一間餐廳個招牌。我哋坐低咗，職員好親切有禮貌遞上餐牌同安心出行，跟住就行埋一邊，比充足嘅時間我哋去慢慢挑選嘢食，見到餐牌上邊嘅食物價錢非常非常公道， $10已經有杯奶茶， $28就有個burger同薯條，當然啦嚟到呢度一定要食咖喱同薄餅。其實呢度真係好抵食呀，如果你經過入嚟愛杯奶茶同埋漢堡薯條，加埋都只係$38。真係平過出邊好多茶記。真心杯奶茶非常好飲。
