To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一直聽聞元朗有3大有名的お任せ日式料理店。寿司の神更是元朗第一間提供Omakase的元祖!生日終於有幸和朋友一起來朝聖😋昼お任せ $680 お造り4品料理1品寿司7貫ミニ三色丼茶碗蒸し﹑前菜﹑味噌汁﹑デザート 付きます前菜的漬物中尤其蒜頭令人驚喜,醃製過後完全無濃烈的蒜頭味口感更添軟綿,還可無限添食茶碗蒸し的黑松露香氣也很出,鮮味十足4款刺身包括生蠔﹑深海池魚﹑鮟鱇魚肝﹑赤貝4款都很鮮甜,生蠔肥美; 慢煮的鮟鱇魚肝口感很creamy主食中又以鮮甜厚肉的帆立貝和炙燒過的吞拿魚尤為深刻吞拿魚鮫口感嫩滑魚油香濃,惟份量偏少迷你三色丼同上最後的抹茶紅豆甜品令人滿意,茶味夠濃口感順滑,不會有馬虎完結之感食材上都很新鮮,雖說未有令人非常驚喜之處,不過亦達到水準而且午市免收加一服務費,價格相宜,來到元朗也不妨一試服務方面,一開始店員亦會細心詢問有沒有什麼不吃的食材添茶清潔也很勤快以往吃過的omakase,店員都會在尾聲前來詢問夠不夠飽,需不需要添份量之類這次並沒有店員詢問,我們也不太好意思😂最後只是添過一回漬物因此在整體份量上是略嫌不夠
