To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 爸爸生日飯,想要有特式一點,我就提議食半島酒店嘉麟樓。大家都知道這裡是高級餐廳,都做好心理準備,要食好野,要食靚野,要食貴野。原本都以為會食唔飽,點知我地五個大人一個小朋友,點左唔係好多野食,都飽住咁走。個個都好開心好滿足。北京烤鴨(片皮鴨二食),係客人面前片皮,然後分好一份份,再續個客人詢問要不要加醬,非常貼心。一片鴨皮一片鴨肉一片生菜,放在一片餅皮上,自己再加蔥加辣椒加青瓜加哈蜜瓜,感覺很美好。分量太約有12份,$1180其實都唔算很貴。之後仲有個生菜包鴨鬆,根本就係超值。下一個要介紹一味山椒羊柳絲 $360。黑椒同花椒的配答,羊肉嫩滑唔酥,好食。下一碟,蝦球炒面,每條面都是分開的。雖然$400貴左少少,不過真係好好食。下一碟,菠蘿咕嚕肉 $360,有好多塊肉,爽口彈牙,好好味。還有點左兩個荷葉飯,裡面有一隻鮑魚,好好味,食完真係飽左。切蛋糕,餐廳收切餅費每人$50。不過難得黎到半島酒店慶祝生日,此刻無價。最後,餐廳送左 笑口棗 同 姜糖 比我地做飯後甜品。真係超滿足。
