慢煮製作, 通常係高級餐廳先會品嚐得到~ 今日係呢個小食店竟然可以試到抵食嘅慢煮食材, 冇得頂呀 試左慢煮豬手三文治 $42豬手慢煮左8小時, 入口已經feel到濃濃嘅肉汁, 仲要非常軟熟, 再配上烘烤過嘅牛油麵包同沙津, 整體味道非常夾呀還有炸蘿蔔糕條 $16呢個係朋友強烈推介, 所以我都嗌左黎試~平時酒樓食開嘅煎蘿蔔糕, 今次都係第一次試炸蘿蔔糕條~佢炸得黎岩岩好, 唔算太熱氣, 再加埋泰式嘅酸辣醬, 估唔到會咁好味~~~下次一定要試埋佢既慢煮牛
