作為香港人梗係要試下牛雜,雖然係朝早10:00,但都好多人嚟食早午餐,客流量好高😯為咗試清楚每款內臟,我決定直接叫淨牛雜($100),連姨姨都忍唔住問多幾次係咪唔要粉麵🤣牛雜嘅顏色非常吸引,但諗起以前中學劏豬肺嗰陣味就有啲驚驚😂首先試下擺喺表面嘅牛蒡,口感超級粉,好似麵粉溝咗啲水咁,但聽講呢個就係牛蒡嘅質感,鍾意食嘅人應該會好欣賞🙈我都係試試牛肺啱唔啱我,咬落好彈牙,氣管位就少少爽口👍🏻比較完整嘅應該就係牛小腸,呢款係最入味,咬入口feel到啲滷水汁湧出嚟,加埋本身嘅油脂真係超正😋牛大腸層次分明,但食落冇豬大腸咁肥膩或者彈牙,反而似食普通牛肉🤔老闆建議我加辣油落金錢肚食,雖然我從來冇掂過茶餐廳辣油,不過即管試試😆果然好夾!!尤其是食咗差唔多成碟,成個口都係滷水味,開始悶悶地😗好彩底下有幾條菜,如果幾個人嗌份share再加淨麵一定好滿足😎終此第一次食冇得同其他餐廳比較,但至少對我嚟講係唔錯嘅體驗👍🏻
