To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

唔係喺呢邊落車都唔知世宙附近開左三哥，地方幾大唔使等位，橫掂未食晚飯就食下佢啦。豬潤米線酸辣湯底，三哥真係好大碗，個碗大，啲料又多，食到落底都有豬潤，廿幾蚊碗超抵食。豬潤嫩滑非化學加工，米線彈牙，係湯底淡左啲，一向重口味嘛，酸味比辣味重，自行加添了一點辣油加加味。另一碗要左炸醬米線酸辣湯底，炸醬甜辣適中，無乜肥豬肉，但同樣湯底較淡，撈左炸醬又ok喎，大大碗超飽。最驚喜係呢間分店員工態度好好，有禮貌，落單清晰唔會雞同鴨講咁，食到收檔都無趕客。
