To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 令我寫第二次食評並不是因為佢D野食好味，服務態度好。而是相反。野食 ：1.黑松露燒賣→不知所謂(唔係燒賣)2.錦鹵雲吞→$68 少得可憐 ，冇餸其他還可以服務態度 :1.等位今日已經放寬咗4人一枱。我地三人，但係佢淨係叫哂2個人個D，所有人都入哂，得番我地3個人係門口。。。2.收野叉燒酥係唯一一樣好味，有3嚿，我地食凈1嚿，陣間食。有個人過黎收野，佢係都要我地夾埋佢，但當時我地食緊其他。佢係都要我地夾咗佢。。。講真我已經自助落單，服務態度差，仲要收加一。。。
