To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 牛角我諗就唔駛多介紹,咁啱今日同大佬諗唔到食乜又想食放題,牛角見佢又無乜人排隊(果陣3點左右),咁就殺入去啦,第1次係香港食牛角buffet(叫左ss2)我諗都無乜懸念牛角飯for sure ,我大佬重見到個好怪既現像,所有男士入到牛角第1時間做既就係整牛角飯😂,唔好諗食左碗先再做其他野(利申:我都係),牛角飯就係呢到既重點,不過真心除左牛角飯,其他就試試就算(咖哩果啲),味道麻麻我同我大佬其次欣賞係佢個雪糕,吉士x朱古力好夾呢2隻味,又唔會太甜,抵讚!!
