To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 來到見多數打邊爐(其實早係14年來過打過覺得都係一般)今次諗住小菜可能度度差唔多.有皇牌抵食野引D客食晚飯小菜..點知由入去到離開都係換來一次又一次失望..首先坐低個樓面夠膽係你面前由隔離張台面放左唔知幾耐既花生同辣椒牆轉移放係你台,之後另一低級D樓面又唔知乜事望都唔望就又放低兩碟同樣既野..之後幾分鐘後高級小小個位又走埋黎收返走是但兩碟.....到落ORDER LA..有個孖寶要左扇貝+拼盤,但隔左陣走埋黎話無扇貝改其他好唔好,我地想要返張野睇下有D咩揀,佢就無應我地,咁印像中無乜岩心水就取消算LA都係.咁佢就好瀟灑擰轉面就CALL咪大聲話取消..之後呢段期間有諗過睇下仲有咩揀其實就去其他台睇下有無個張紫色既ORDER紙LA(坐左5成滿ONLY大把空位)點知可以張張都無..走去收銀搵下問下佢LA..點知佢好似乜乜到咁唔耐煩語氣話:無呀 你出去問個D職員LA..之後都係無就算返埋位食小菜..魚香茄子:算係最正常一個送..但都係欠缺香噴噴個種惹味魚香..只係中等..即係比較你食到個種..佢會比下去..但係個餐台佢算係正常一碟..仲有粉絲肥牛煲...正係食到沙嗲味...分唔出係咪牛啦當然.

魚香茄子:算係最正常一個送..但都係欠缺香噴噴個種惹味魚香..只係中等..即係比較你食到個種..佢會比下去..但係個餐台佢算係正常一碟..仲有粉絲肥牛煲...正係食到沙嗲味...分唔出係咪牛啦當然..但都叫正常都算..因為最差既開始到..龍蝦一放上台見到潔得好緊要..好似攤左半粒鐘D汁硬哂款..仲有D主角龍蝦好多都黑哂一邊咁..
未到我食巳經聽到屋企人話霉既..係當中你想摷舊係大啖啖肉就真係妄想..到我食LA..真係D肉既口感呢似係蟹鉗入面個忽肉..實哂!!你要用手了佢出黎了到好似一絲絲咁..仲要無龍蝦味!!食到蟹柳都好過佢!討論應該係死左好耐照質比客食..超級無良..過程中個收銀唔知同個廚房傾乜講到好大聲..大致上好似鬧佢走去蛇王個D..仲有之後拼盤照黎..我地話唔係取消左咩..條友就話無呀..邊有取消..我地就話係你自己大大聲講..同埋呢個係孖寶..1個價錢包兩樣..無其中一樣..你仲黎第2樣做乜..分明係樓面同廚房既失誤...不知所謂..仲有碟唔知乜櫻花蝦炒飯..又唔夠獲氣又唔夠惹味...隔左咁多日我都諗唔返咩味..D配料好似無邊樣係深刻..最深刻咪我同屋企人講我自己炒都好食過佢真係...
平時真係真係好小影相UPLOAD上網..呢間賣埋D死蝦真係明蝦D客我不能坐視不理!!怕洩本就咪做88$份LA..你地就唔方唔發LA..食又唔係你地自己食!!無良食企..負臨就差唔多..
