To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 根據上次等餸等一個鐘,等到火滾既經驗,都唔想再試哩間稻香。昨晚見有新推出優惠,儘管再試一次,點知。。我8:15pm 落單,叫左條魚同茄子煲,一路等,一路催,催3次既答案,一係答等等,一係話廚房冧檔,我明白蒸魚係要等好耐,但個茄子煲都無理由大半個鐘都未到。。。。係9:20pm (足足60分鐘)條魚上枱,先夾魚尾,一入口已經忍唔住即吐返出來,條魚鯹到不得了,連平時不怕鯹既我都頂唔住,再過5分鐘,茄子煲都上枱,但我地已經無晒心情去食,決定即刻起身走人。今次之後都唔會有下次再幫襯
