To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

週末，兩姐妹上興趣班前先食飽飽，11:30開門前已有廿人排隊。我們排得後，只能坐Bar 枱。剛開鋪，部分食物製作需時，如鰻魚壽司和手卷，等了差不多半小時才享用到。招牌的元氣卷則即叫即有。這兒的軟殼蟹手卷，非常美味。醬汁份量適中，太多則蓋了軟殼蟹的味道，太少則襯托不出炸蟹的鮮味。炸蟹暖暖的，香脆可口，紙菜吃下去時「吱吱」聲，是一種聽得出的新鮮。小朋友最愛吃烏冬，上菜也算快，細細碗，兩姐妹一人一碗，都吃清光。
