To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說3月嘅某日睇咗個youtuber 介紹呢間位於尖沙咀凱悅酒店嘅Weekend Brunch,就二話不說拎起咗個電話訂枱👀 點知最快都要等到8月先有得食! 誇張到呢!我哋足足等咗5個月先有位呀!🤯個brunch 由11:30-15:00,基本上大部分人都係11:30入咗座,每位成人$755另加一,仲包咗任飲果汁同餐茶一杯,我嗰日就有橙汁、番石榴汁同西柚汁揀。成個brunch 分咗4個部份,頭盤自助餐、湯、主菜、甜品及糕點自助餐💁🏻‍♀️Hugo’s嘅裝修俾我嘅感覺係古典雅致嘅歐陸餐廳⚜️ 整體佈局以木色系為住天花用橫樑搭成,加上簡約而不失格調嘅吊燈,俾人一種懷舊嘅感覺🕰 半自助餐嘅自助區主為L型嘅設計,分別為冷盤沙律區同甜品區。❤️ 冷盤沙律自助區呢個區嘅選擇可以話係簡而精,而且refill 速度迅速,好少出現俾人攞哂得返吉盤嘅情況👌🏻☞︎ 凍蝦:蝦夠哂彈牙,亦都新鮮,如果可以再鮮甜啲就好喇🤭☞︎ 龍蝦:Size雖然望落唔係大隻,但佢顏色好白滑肉質亦都好結實🦞☞︎ 龍蝦鉗:比起龍蝦更鮮甜,而且全部都鉗開哂一半非常方便去食,咁多海鮮之中最鍾意呢個😙☞︎ 生蠔:今日食嘅係法國嘅fine de clai

☞︎ 生蠔:今日食嘅係法國嘅fine de claire, 屬於比較細隻薄身嘅,雖然細細隻但味道先鹹後甜,唔係重鐵味嗰啲,口感爽口,品質都唔錯🦪
☞︎ 鵝肝慕絲配時令果醬:鵝肝味比想像中無咁濃可能比啲果醬溝淡咗啲味,不過兩者好夾,我都忍唔住再攞多一個😆
☞︎ 煙三文魚:呢個煙三文魚係自家醃製,顏色比平時自助餐食嘅更橙紅,亦都好有光澤,食落有魚油香味但略嫌鹹香味太濃。
☞︎ 仿魚子醬:第一次食好似啲鹹鹹哋嘅啫喱粒咁,口感上未能以假亂真,不過都幾得意🤣
☞︎ 西班牙火腿:呢個就正正常常啦~
仲有龍蝦仔同沙律區冇食到,留返個胃食下一道菜。

嚟到第二部分,今日嘅餐湯係南瓜湯,不過呢間餐廳最出名係龍蝦湯💁🏻‍♀️ 我覺得餐廳可以考慮吓俾顧客加錢轉湯,因為我真係好想試。不過南瓜湯都好濃味,飲完已經飽咗一大半🤭

另外,不得不提嘅係佢啲餐包係非常之高質,一放低已經聞到香噴噴嘅麵包香,食落麥味都好香!我見好多枱都會將食唔哂嘅麵包打包..我哋蠢咗,俾個職員收走咗..😅

仲有職員喺你面前即場切個prime ribs!prime ribs 非常軟腍,牛味好重,而我哋叫medium rare 色澤好靚!伴隨prime ribs 上碟嘅有個巨型空心波波,食落好似鬼佬版油炸鬼。

呢度無論環境、服務同食物都令我哋非常滿意,呢個半自助餐適合大胃王嚟食吓,如果好似我咁細食嘅女士唔想辛苦自己嘅話,其實佢哋個weekday lunch menu 都可以一試,亦都有我推介嘅prime ribs 㗎!
