To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日已經開咗學，因為附近食肆嘅數量唔多，為咗避過放學既學生人潮，或者出嚟食午飯嘅中學生，所以大約12點，就去到喇！完全唔使等位。位係唔駛等，不過等食物就差唔多等左15分鐘，等緊期間，越嚟越多人，坐滿哂，好嘈，好想快啲有食物，食完快啲走😔😣叫咗一碗重慶三小辣，加酸菜，加牛丸。三小辣已經好夠辣；不過有比較多油，如果怕油，要將啲油撇走。因為我好鍾意酸，所以加酸菜食落‘酸酸未未’好醒胃；牛丸冇咩特別，同其他地方差唔多。跟住加杯凍檸茶少冰少甜，食完立即走人。呢度唔係第一次俾人話等食物等咁耐，希望佢哋可以係呢方面改善啦！
