平時都鍾意去觀塘嗰度搵嘢食嘅,今日就嚟到新匯聚打冷小廚食下中菜小炒。咁鋪面都好大,可以想像到如果坐滿晒客人情景會係幾墟冚!店員都話早排新年都坐滿晒客人。入邊有好多店員喺度幫手添!我哋開咗壼茶,好耐冇飲水仙咁就叫咗水仙啦!好多時出去食嘢嗰啲茶都係好淡茶味甚至係冇茶味。但係呢一度就我就好欣賞佢d靚茶,佢水仙茶葉真係好重茶味,好香,茶味充足,呢啲細節位都係值得讚嘅!👍飲茶梗係要有茶味啦!叫左我最鍾意嘅椒鹽鮮魷。我平時就勁鍾意食魷魚嘅,加上椒鹽嘅鹹香係好吸引亦都好夾,都係要去大排檔呀小炒店先食到呢個經典又地道嘅菜式。而家好多時出去食呢個菜式唔知點解食唔番以前嘅味道,d魷魚係唔知點解變成好淋好冇口感,唔係實在彈牙。但起碼呢度都冇出邊咁冇口感,魷魚都食到有啲咬口嘅同埋佢個椒鹽味都好香好夠味㗎啦!之後再要一個大大啲嘅滷水拼盤先,咁就可以開心share啦!佢個拼盤都好豐富有好多樣材料:有我鍾意食嗰啲橙色墨魚🦑同豬大腸啊、紅腸、豆腐、豬耳、掌翼同埋鵝肉,下面就有用滷水汁煮嘅花生。我諗淨係睇個份量都飽咗一半啊,真係抵食。我都係最鍾意食個大腸,因為佢嘅軟硬度非常好,而且食到好香嘅味道,一流!咁都要帶返個菜先

咁都要帶返個菜先得嘅。我哋就揀咗金銀蛋浸時蔬。我哋要豆苗,咁就加多$10就得啦。豆苗嘅份量係非常之抵食!呢度煮埋嘅豆苗份量係非常之多超級抵食!加上金銀蛋嘅調味令到個菜入晒味更加好味!超抵食嘅一個蔬菜菜式。
咁食到差唔多店員仲話會有個糕點送返俾我哋,真係好貼心。咁就係杞子桂花糕,糕點勁顏色晶瑩剔透,非常之漂亮。入口清甜好味。為今晚嘅晚飯加上畫龍點睛之效!
提提大家:因為物價上漲所以現時每個菜式暫時比餐牌上加多$3,如果物價回落,咁餐廳會再作調整返謝謝大家。
