To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 係新蒲崗做完嘢來到 Mikiki 搵食,係地庫有幾間唔同嘅餐廳,見到呢間有鹽酥雞🐓突然間好想食🤤!就係咁就嚟咗呢間台式便當🍱餐廳,入邊原來都幾大,有飯、有麵(可以改配新竹米粉)、有台式🥤飲品,都幾多選擇。我就揀咗鹽酥雞🐓配肉燥新竹米粉🍜,餐飲就揀咗🥤黑糖冬瓜茶。鹽酥雞幾香口🤤,不過粉漿就厚咗啲~肉燥米粉好😍香濃,啖啖都有肉燥香😋,十分肥美!個滷蛋🥚就正正常常,至於黑糖冬瓜茶呢就唔係話咁有黑糖味,同普通冬瓜茶差唔多。
