To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

千両是我愛去的迴轉壽司店,尤其是當時間不太充裕,和又想吃得簡簡單單的時候,就像這晚。坐下用綠茶粉調了杯綠茶,邊喝邊翻翻menu,點了數款食物。炙燒黑椒三文魚($19)/炙燒黑椒帶子($30)/炙燒大吞拿魚腩($35):各款都新鮮,尤其帶子和大吞拿魚腩,以此價位,很好吃和抵吃!要不是太飽,真想encore多一round。江戶前甜蛋($12):蛋做到甜美又juicy,不會死實實。飯也握得剛好。好吃。軟殼蟹手卷($26):想吃個手卷。見很久沒有吃個軟殼蟹,便一於來個軟殼蟹手卷吧。雖然味道是對板的,可惜軟殼蟹炸得很油膩,吃得滿手油。可算是這晚較為失色的一款食物。
