To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

簡單抵食咖喱飯

澳門咖喱王佐敦白加士街同朋友尖沙咀行街就之後想搵平嘢食，就直接去佐敦寶靈街醫肚。餐廳環境都乾淨，模倣澳門建築風格。食物以套飯為主，而招牌菜式當然是咖喱牛腩飯，另外亦可以配雞扒、牛脷；餐牌上亦有推介肉醬牛腩或豬扒飯，睇落都好吸引🤩。因為朋友唔舒服、想食清淡少少，最後叫咗【滋補花雕醉雞泡飯（$58）】雞件非常大份，泡飯雞湯湯底同雞件亦夠味，只可惜花雕味唔算太出。而我便食廚師推介嘅【川醬乾炒牛河（$73）】配料豐富有椰菜芽菜洋蔥蘿蔔絲加上牛肉，最後係個河粉上灑上滿滿嘅芝麻火喉充足，都算炒到乾身，唔算好多油，而且一樣係大大份，好抵食。基本上菜式都尚算滿意，下次會再黎試下佢哋嘅招牌咖喱。環境 🌝🌝🌝🌝食物 🌝🌝🌝🌜服務 🌝🌝🌝🌝性價比 🌝🌝🌝
