有一天經過這間餐廳門口,已經被燒玉子串燒的相片深深吸引住了。今日點了Tamago-EN特製5款玉子串燒、特上鰻魚終極TKG生雞蛋伴飯、三文魚生雞蛋伴飯追加牛油果及凍蝶豆花黑加侖子。熱熱地甜甜地的玉子串燒,口感細滑,蛋味香濃,每一囗都感受到恍如初戀的感覺,味蕾也彷佛被感動了一遍,那種滿滿幸福感實在難以形容。至於生雞蛋伴飯,重點是雞蛋,餐廳採用的雞蛋是來自日本沖繩農場。鮮橙色的蛋黃與白雪雪的蛋白,顏色分明,非常可愛。第一次吃這種蓬鬆軟嫩口感的蛋白,雖然沒有什麼味道,但賣相吸晴。餐廳餐牌有教如何吃得美味,就是「加入日本醬油、戳破蛋黃與一半的飯和蛋白拌勻,按個人喜好加入飯素輕輕攪拌。」,是一碗簡簡單單的生雞蛋伴飯。
