To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 營致會館的蕭師博從唐閣到都爹利, 再到現在的營致會館, 摘星對他來說不是問題, 然而一年添一星也給食客們有更大的期望, 就像之前的Ecriture一樣. 午餐點心的選擇不算太多, 就是想精益求精: 蝦餃內餡的蝦肉粒層次分明, 可惜面皮太厚, 口感有點實; 燒賣則表現出色, 原隻蝦肉爽鮮, 面皮口感軟而濕潤, 肉汁豐盈; 脆香三薈用上鵝肝, 魚子醬及蟹肉當然Luxurious, 炸得酥香而沒有油膉味, 內裡肉餡保持多汁和柔軟, 這比用料來得重要; XO醬脆煎腸粉是我吃過的腸粉中, 其中一道最驚豔的, 明顯分了外內兩層, 外面那層香脆而且充滿了XO醬的香辣味, 內裏是十分軟滑的豬腸粉, 有如炸兩的逆轉版. 除了點心外, 也點了脆香貴妃雞, 先將其煎香再炸, 雞夠新鮮, 多汁而且夠嫩滑, 外皮沒有上色但已夠香脆, 簡單的美味才是對廚師功力的認同.
