To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 入到去就揾左個涼快嘅位坐低，望望餐牌，決定先來杯凍檸茶消消暑氣。飲落口凍凍哋，酸酸甜甜好正點，瞬間減走半日嘅燥熱。第一碟係鹹蛋黃炒蟹，勁夾呀！鹹香撲鼻，蟹肉彈牙得嚟不失咸蛋嘅醇厚。跟住一啖啖嘅蝦餃，皮薄餡美嘅程度，一啲都唔拖泥帶水，直頭係咬落去感覺得到蝦跳舞咁生動。 最夠晒震撼嘅時間到啦，炸醬面上檯。面條Q彈，醬汁厚重得嚟又唔膩口，夠哂力，叫你情不自禁一啜再一啜。到咗甜品時間，點咗個芝麻糊，滑得嚟又唔會太甜，尾音比高音更悠長，嗌得正！有種食完饒有餘味嘅滿足感，店呢度簡單得黎每樣野做得出色，人哋講“少即是多”，呢度就係實証。彩禮錢花到正確嘅地方，真心推介！渣甩胃口，下次一定再嚟！🍜🦀🍮
