To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我地三個人食左三個1)西蘭花炒鮮魷--好似象膠咁,完成無鮮味,份量少,但要$68,又貴又唔好食。2)薑蔥蟹--一上已經即刻食,但一d都唔熱，完全冇鑊氣，蟹唔係好新鮮，兩隻蟹要成四百幾蚊，我覺得好似俾人厄咁，好食就話姐,但係一d都唔好味呀!!3)蒜蓉扇貝--$80六隻，很多油,通常d粉絲都會好好味,但係佢o個d就只係得蒜蓉味，同食冰鮮ge差唔多。我十分強烈地建議，千其唔好去，分明是做遊客生意，開頭見到佢好似好多食咁，於是就試下。以後都冇幫襯!!!最唔抵又唔值ge就係碟蟹喇!!!
