To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

如果唔係book到黎T-PARK參觀都唔會有機會試到呢間餐廳餐廳以素食為主，格局係開放式，相對感覺舒適。而食品選擇雖然唔算多，但食品既質素卻令人覺得驚喜意外平時好少嘗素既我地就order素肉丸肉醬意粉估唔到肉丸無肉類成份但味道就好相似仲好入味另外就試左豆腐cheesecake，味道清新又唔會好甜 呢到既特式係自助所以用完所有餐具要記得清新乾淨先歸還臨走既時候就買左樽有機豆漿(無糖)淺嘗，可能無糖既關係所以好重豆味 🤣🤣下次有機會要簡有糖試下😂
