呢個紅酒牛肉扁意大利粉實在係一絕!首先,意大利粉煮得正正好,軟身不爛,仲有個彈牙嘅口感。再加埋濃郁鮮甜嘅紅酒牛肉,肉質好嫩滑,充滿層次味道。牛肉汁浸透咗粉身,每一口都好味。最後,仲撒咗少少芝士,令整個盤面香氣四溢,浸入我心。總括黎講,呢道菜既實在又好飽肚,又有豐富鮮美味道,幾乎完美呢!性價比高,無論係平日定節日,都係一個極好嘅選擇。以香港人愛食嘅角度來說,絕對值得五星推介!
