今晚同屋企人一起吃晚餐,哥哥提議去食潮州菜因為是爸爸的至愛潮州菜我地都食過幾間,而金燕島算做得唔錯因為之前都食過幾次,於是今晚我地又來喇。原來金燕島英文係Come Into,個名好正之前都無留意添!前菜有功夫茶☕️,好香好脆嘅花生同美味嘅酸菜我地望一望餐牌就點以下食物雖然係肥膩左D,但又咁喎,鵝唔肥唔好食,肉會好鞋好值得推介,也是必點的因為滷水鵝是潮州菜中最著名的餸之一。圓嘅係炸蝦棗,另外的是炸蟹棗。其實食落近似蝦丸蟹丸,當然做法不一樣,炸得好靚,爽脆可口排骨同春菜一起熬煮出來的一道菜。春菜軟綿,滑滑的很好吃不過我就覺得呢道菜偏鹹。夏天當造的是瓜類,今次我地點了這味菜果然有驚喜調味啱啱好呢個麵都係食潮州菜必吃的,整得好好食my all time favourite潮州糖水中,清心丸綠豆爽是我最喜歡的。因為夠清同唔會好甜呢碗糖水甜度適中,煮得岩岩好,對我來説未起沙係最好味,有口感總結: 今餐好滿足,好豐富,每樣都唔錯,會再幫襯同試其他菜式
