To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 會覺得任食黎講質素算幾好,但大部分野都油膩,幾易滯👍👍👍: 蜜汁火方、清炒蝦仁、蔥爆牛肉、雞絲粉皮蜜汁火方加埋好有層次感🤩有肉香,加左蜜汁都無掩過仲吊左味👍encore 左好多次清炒蝦仁:河蝦傳統都無乜蝦味,但肉質彈牙唔霉👍蔥爆牛肉:新鮮爆出黎,肉唔韌雞絲粉皮:欣賞佢嘅花生同麻醬都係偏結嘅👍小籠包多汁,皮唔易穿,已經好過好多鋪頭,但係豬肉有好輕微腥味👎:孜然雞翼、擔擔麵、蔥花餅其實大部分炸野都好一般(除左香酥小排骨ok 嘅),但孜然雞翼甚至無孜然😨擔擔麵:麵好淋,無乜花生味蔥花餅:無蔥香,無乜調味,塊餅好硬Btw 要讚下有2位侍應服務極好!
