To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 荃灣食肆林立,要搵嘢食話都無咁易,當晚非常寒冷,咁啱經過呢間餐廳就比餐牌吸引到想食番個羊腩飯暖暖肚,估唔到比想像中更有水準落單後差不多等咗10-15分鐘先上菜,眼見其他顧客都係叫羊腩煲嚟食,大膽推斷我所叫果碟飯都係同一種造法嚟,所以即使我好肚餓都無催侍應。羊腩非常入味又唔會「騷」(個人感覺,本身自己好怕呢陣味),而且又夠冧,件數都算多應該都有6-8舊,最緊要係夠熱!證明真係即刻整出嚟嘅,加埋啲入曬味嘅支竹真係無得頂,一開頭都覺得個價錢好似貴咗啲,但食完後絕對覺得對得住個價錢
