To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日喺北角，想簡簡單單食個quick lunch, 見到呢間冰室茶餐廳，光猛企理，感覺非常地道，咁就入去試吓😁要咗$68嘅「叉燒拼原隻切雞髀飯」，我唔係好肚餓，所以叫咗少飯，呢個燒味飯送「老火例湯」，兼包熱飲，咁我叫咗「熱奶茶」；另外加$20要咗個「白灼油菜」😊「叉燒雞髀飯」好快就上，真係原隻雞髀兼大大隻，肉質軟滑，幾好味；叉燒亦都肉質軟熟，燒煮得好入味😋。「白灼油菜」係菜心，簡單新鮮好食😋。非常滿足嘅一個簡單味美quick lunch😋
