To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 天天大魚大肉,總有一兩餐 想吃得清淡一點,不會祈求菜式金雕玉砌,只求食得暢快,有個溫飽。不知道大家會否身同感受?這間店出名於他們的酸辣米線。除了中環外,一些著名 食市內也有他們的分店。米線湯內有炸醬炸菜,還有多種配料給你選擇。賣相很一般,但由於辣度和配料可自由選擇所以味道通常不會令人失望,酸辣的味道正好在 炎熱的天氣中為你增添多點胃口吧!而我就點了碗骨湯蠔仔肉碎泡飯。骨湯十分清淡,只帶一點葱香。飯量十分多,配合蠔仔和豬肉碎,沒有特別的調味,但能夠嘗到原材料的味道。晚飯後我明白有些人喜歡吃「頹飯」的原因。就是這些他們的簡單,速度和不理世俗眼光的賣相,突顯了香港快餐的情懷和風味。
