越南菜很啱我哋香港人口味,調味豐富帶些香草芬芳,而且選材新鮮,口味講求嫩滑,而我就最喜歡吃扎肉粉卷、越式咖喱及芒果糯米,正正擁有這些特色。今日我就帶著台灣來港的舅父舅母到尖沙咀一間坐得舒適開揚的餐廳品嚐。Le Viet 只有英文店名,時尚的簡約風格,餐牌圖文並茂,睇住個樣揀一定唔會錯。今日食咗七款食物,大家一致最喜歡扎肉蒸粉包,粉包紮實半透,皮滑餡靚,味道豐富,配合炸蒜、青蔥及魚露吃,非常越南口味!排行第二咖喱鮮雞鍋配法包,椰奶滑咖喱香,雞肉入味,新鮮香脆的法包好好味!海鮮酸辣鍋比想像中好,酸辣味道唔錯,冰鮮海鮮亦食得過。香茅烤豬頸肉香惹鬆軟,鹹魚炒芥蘭都幾好。大家對甜品十分滿意,尤其喜歡香芒糯米飯用黑白糯米兩種口味,芒果香甜完全不會酸;拉椰糕暖暖地,煙煙韌韌口感好,又唔會太甜。
