To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食得多中西日韓，串燒、打邊爐、buffet、放題乜乜乜...... 有時都會想食清d，但唔代表冇要求，知道「靠得住」(灣仔店）是米芝蓮首間推介嘅粥舖，就梗係要去試下啦。話說，小時候我住喺西環，屋企樓下有間粥舖好好食，可以話大件夾抵食，好多街坊鄰居都會嚟幫親，佢冇分舖，就只此一家。相比起這老舖和「靠得住」比，我只可以話：粥煮得鮮甜且細綿，係基本野，只係依家好多粥舖嘅粥底淡而無味，又浠如水暏🤦🏽‍♀️⋯⋯
