To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為有朋友在黃大仙附近的寫字樓工作, 就近佢放工時間在此餐廳預約一枱兩人打邊爐。(如來此餐廳最好是預先訂位才肯定有位的)。餐廳的打邊爐方法程序有其自己特色, 因為它的鍋底是米粥水, 另外餐廳已經為顧客印有一個打邊爐的時間程序放在每張枱上, 所以每次放食物落火鍋滾熟的時間可以用在枱上的計時器提醒食客在適當時間進食, 不會過時, 這樣所有海鮮食材都熟得恰到好處, 食落口亦都係新鮮,爽脆, 咬在口內好似仍然跳下跳下咁樣。 所以任何淥熟的食物都係很可口, 新鲜彈牙。全程都不會有肥膩的感覺, 可見餐廳很用心營運。最貼心的是最後送上雪米糍一粒, 令食客甜在心頭地離開。
