To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

和男友在旺角睇完戲，突然好想食米線，見到旺角有好多間真係眼花撩亂丫！男朋友話之前試過呢間，帶我試試佢叫左酸辣小小辣，蟹子丸同腩肉，酸辣味道唔錯，辣味用酸辣各半，而且低下有肉碎，湯底好甜！腩肉就鞋左少少。我叫左麻辣走酸小辣，都係蟹子丸同豬肚，湯既味道更加甜，唔錯唔錯。佢既辣係偏甜的，而且原西既味道同湯好夾。米線都好多好大碗！皮蛋就不過不失，好似味道淡左少少。夫妻肺片-好大碗，夠晒滋味啊。兩個人叫兩個小食真係食唔晒，佢既米線偏大碗，下次應該叫一個小食就夠。呢餐都哈皮滿足，呢間會再食！
