身為一名米線控,時不時都留意住有咩好味米線食,而呢間超有人氣嘅雲南小鍋米線更係我一直都好想試嘅舖頭之一🤪 去到前排終於有機會一試,果然無令我失望,即刻晉身我最愛嘅米線頭三名🥰一場嚟到,當然試試佢個皇牌米線啦!當中都有唔少餸,包括雞絲、腩肉同螺旋藻😋 先講下主角米線,口感煙韌,唔會過軟過硬,係我鍾意嘅口感😍 另外,湯底嗌咗小小辣,仲食到少少酸味,濃味得嚟又唔太油👍🏻 不得不讚佢個雞絲,聽聞係人手撕嘅,撕得好碎,勁入味,而且份量仲唔少添!腩肉亦煮得好腍身好香口!而螺旋藻就正正常常,幾鍾意佢唔會太索汁,食多少少都唔怕😆另外,一向熱衷於食炸醬做餸嘅我今次都唔例外,嗌咗炸醬同豬軟骨😙 佢嘅炸醬好香口,明顯炒過嚟,仲煮得相當入味,撈埋米線一齊食好正🤩 不過「食得炸醬抵得渴」,食耐咗真係有啲鹹。而豬軟骨都幾唔錯,有三大嚿,每嚿肉都煮得幾腍,但可以再煮腍啲,如果連骨都再腍啲就更正!而呢個湯底因為炸醬嘅關係變得辣少少,更加惹味,相當唔錯😋見佢仲有醉豬手食,平時坊間好少見,所以我哋都嗌咗份嚟食,呢個價錢有三大嚿都算抵😌 食落豬手依然爽口,充滿骨膠原,略嫌花雕酒味唔夠重,同埋腍啲會更易入口🙈總括而言,呢間人
