To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今曰係初四。天氣好凍啊，新年好多鋪頭都冇開門。我朋友話咁凍想食米線，點知撞正雲桂香今曰啟市，真係有緣。一坐底，我就唔理三七二十一 一定叫酸辣有湯米線再加豬頸肉啦 好中意佢湯底 甜得黎又酸 酸得黎又辣 仲有好多配料，炸醬啊芽菜啊，不過有花生更加好。我朋友嗰碗鴨腎下熱拌麵錯中有錯，本身想叫薯粉。但係佢都覺得幾特別，話好正，起碼唔洗咬咁耐。佢話下次會叫反😊服務態度方面算係咁，咁多客既話都好快走過黎滿足我地需求👍米線控黎講，總算有7分(10分滿分)
